Vaccine Update - Latest Study from Germany, Autism, Employees Rewarded for Meeting Vaccine Goals at Walgreen and CVS

More Transparency on Vaccines and Vaccine Damages

"The results of our survey (German homeopathic practitioner Andreas Bachmair) with 8095 participants show that unvaccinated children are far less affected by common diseases...Asthma, hayfever and neurodermatitis are seen very frequently today. A recent German study with 17461 children between 0-17 years of age (KIGGS) showed that 4.7% of these children suffer from asthma, 10.7% of these children from hayfever and 13.2% from neurodermatitis. These numbers differ in western countries, i.e. the prevalence of asthma among children in the US is 6% whereas it is 14-16% in Australia (Australia’s Health 2004, AIHW). The prevalence of asthma among  unvaccinated children in our study is around 2.5%, hayfever 2.5% and neurodermatitis 7%.  According to the KIGGS study more than 40% of children between the ages of 3 and 17 years were sensitized against at least one allergen tested (20 common allergens were tested) and 22.9% had an allergic disease. Although we did not perform a bloodtest, around 10% stated that their children had an allergy." (Sept. 2011)

Study: Unvaccinated children far less prone to allergies and disease than vaccinated children

Thursday, October 13, 2011 by: Ethan A. Huff, staff writer
"(NaturalNews) It is commonly assumed that vaccinations are responsible for bringing about substantial improvements in public health, and that humans were much more prone to developing serious disease prior to their advent. But a new survey released by debunks this myth by showing that unvaccinated children are far less prone to developing allergies, autoimmune disorders, neurological problems, endocrine diseases, and other illnesses compared to their vaccinated counterparts.

German homeopathic practitioner Andreas Bachmair compiled health data on more than 8,000 unvaccinated children from at least 15 different countries, and compared it to health data compiled on more than 17,400 vaccinated children involved in a German study known as KIGGS - The German Health Interview and Examination Survey for Children and Adolescents."  Read More...

SHOCKING! A National Study on Children's Health

"...The "NCHS survey" estimated the prevalence rate of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) to currently be 1 in 91 children! In fact, 1 in 57 boys are affected between the ages of 3 and 17. And, a new case of autism is diagnosed nearly every 20 minutes.

"The study goes on to report - there are 24,000 new cases of ASD diagnosed in the U.S. each year and the economic impact of autism is more than $90 billion with expectations of more than double that cost - in the next decade...
"...Dr. Gruttadauria knows (first hand) how to help children fully recover from autism. His own child is now FULLY recovered and he is excited to share with you what he has discovered!...
Dr. Michael Gruttadauria is a graduate of NY Chiropractic College and is one of only 600 Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologists in the world. He graduated in 1988 and has spent the better part of his career working in the fields of Functional Neurology and Functional Diagnostic Medicine.

"Dr. Gruttadauria is the father of two children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Over 6 years ago, after being told of his first child's' diagnosis, he set out to find a way to increase brain functionality in children on the spectrum. He spent literally thousands of hours researching the research and what he found was truly startling.

Stop the Walgreens (and CVS) flu shot harassment! Employees rewarded with iPads for meeting vaccination recruitment goals?
"...Several readers who say they are Walgreens employees have also reported to NaturalNews -- and requested anonymity out of fear of losing their jobs -- that they were being rewarded with incentives or threatened with reprimands if they met a certain "goal" of pushing a certain number of customers into getting flu shots. "I have been told that I have to push the flu shot on my customers, arrange flu shot clinics at off-site locations and draw up flu shots to give to the customers," one person who claimed to be a Walgreens employee told NaturalNews. They added, "Please don't blame the employees who are asking about the flu shot, they are having their jobs threatened," indicating the existence of a feeling of intimidation by their employer.

"Another employee informed me that they do not receive bonuses but will receive write ups and threats if they forget to ask each customer who enters their stores if they want a flu shot," says blogger Aydan in Oak Park, California (

"A Walgreen's employee who checked me out yesterday asked if I had gotten my flu shot," reports another NaturalNews reader. "I said no. She pressed me to get it. Then, she added that their entire staff was going to be rewarded with iPads when they met their quota."

"CVS pharmacies also appear to be using employees to push flu shots: "I work for CVS and they are making us wear shirts that say get your flu shot today, and [they give a] 50 dollar bonus for whoever has the most sales. I hate my job..." says another NaturalNews reader..."

WebMD Health News - Walnuts May Fight Breast Cancer

Walnuts May Fight Breast Cancer

Study Suggests 2 Servings of Walnuts a Day May Keep Breast Tumors at Bay
WebMD Health News
Reviewed by Louise Chang, MD
April 21, 2009 (Denver) --
Just two handfuls of walnuts a day may keep breast cancer away, a study in mice suggests.

And if you have breast cancer, walnuts may help curb tumor growth, the study suggests.
Researcher W. Elaine Hardman, PhD, associate professor of biochemistry at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, W.Va., credits the disease-fighting omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and in particular, phytosterols, in walnuts.
“Phytosterols bind to estrogen receptors, so they would be expected to slow growth of breast cancers,” she says. Estrogen fuels the growth of some breast tumors.

Eat More Walnuts or Not?

Although the study was done in laboratory animals, people should heed recommendations to eat more walnuts, Hardman tells WebMD.
“Research suggests that walnuts can be a healthful part of the diet for the prevention not only of breast and other cancers, but also diabetes and cardiovascular disease,” she says.
But Peter G. Shields, MD, deputy director of the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center in Washington, D.C., says it’s “outrageous” to recommend that people eat more walnuts based on a study in mice.
He notes that animal studies once suggested that beta-carotene reduced lung cancer. "But when we did the [pivotal] study in humans, smokers given beta-carotene got more lung cancer,” he tells WebMD.
“This is a nice study that calls for more research. There needs to be a lot more understood” about how walnuts might prevent breast tumors, Shields says.
The findings were presented at the American Association for Cancer Research 100th Annual Meeting.

Walnuts Delay Breast Tumors by 9 Years

Hardman and colleagues studied genetically altered mice that were programmed to develop tumors within six months.
Half consumed a diet that contained the human equivalent of two 1-ounce servings of walnuts per day. “One serving fits in the palm of your hand,” she says.
The other half was fed a diet that did not include walnuts.
Standard testing showed that eating walnuts cut the risk of developing breast tumors in half.
“If mice did get breast tumors, the growth rate was also slowed, by 50%,” Hardman says.
Looked at another way, eating walnuts delayed the development of tumors by at least three weeks in the mice. “Extrapolating to humans, this would be about a nine-year delay,” she says.
The researchers are now testing the benefits of the walnut-rich diet in male mice genetically altered to develop prostate tumors.
Hardman says she expected similar results, with the nuts both preventing and slowing the growth of prostate tumors.

Hot Flash! Breakfast Cereals With & Without GMOs

October 11, 2011
Dear NaturalNews readers,
This is an exclusive NaturalNews breaking news story.
A shocking new report from the Cornucopia Institute reveals that "natural" breakfast cereals are often loaded with GMOs and chemical pesticides.
Many of the most trusted brands that you might have thought were non-GMO were actually found in tests to contain high levels of genetically engineered ingredients.
According to Cornucopia test results:
* A Kashi cereal was found to contain 100% genetically engineered soy.
* A Mother's cereal was found to contain 28% genetically engineered corn.
* A Whole Foods 365 cereal was found to contain over 50% genetically engineered corn.
* A Barbara's Bakery cereal was found to contain over 50% genetically engineered corn.
... read the rest of this shocking report -- with more details on the honest cereal brands that tested non-GMO -- at this breaking news article on NaturalNews:

GOP Debate Spotlights Vaccination Safety on Gardasil

Frank Herd on September 21st, 2011
Contact: Vaccine Safety Council of Minnesota / Nancy Hokkanen 952-831-3777
Lives ruined, “Gardasil Girls” abandoned by CDC, manufacturers & media
ST. PAUL, MN – Vaccine consumers were shortchanged yet again by media’s selective reporting of Rep. Michele Bachmann’s HPV vaccine comments from last week’s Tea Party debate. Whatever one’s opinion of Republican Presidential candidate Bachmann, the seriousness of vaccine injury was lost to many journalists’ indulgences in bias, jingoism and ignorance.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune found demagoguery irresistible, inaccurately titling its editorial “Bachmann’s foolish attack on vaccines.” The subhead, “Congresswoman’s fear-mongering put politics over health,” was unintentionally ironic, especially given the Strib’s consistent failure to investigate many readers’ vaccine injuries and legitimate product safety concerns.
In 2006 the HPV vaccine was recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. A few years later the U.S. Centers for Disease Control stated, “As of June 22, 2011… VAERS [the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System] received a total of 18,727 reports of adverse events following Gardasil® vaccination.” A total of 2,799 adverse events were classified as “Serious,” including encephalopathy (brain damage). 98 deaths have been reported.
In 2009 CBS News quoted Dr. Scott Ratner, whose wife is also a physician, saying one of their daughters became severely ill after a shot of Gardasil: “My daughter went from a varsity lacrosse player at Choate to a chronically ill, steroid-dependent patient with autoimmune myofasciitis.”
Girls injured by HPV vaccines have little recourse – medical treatments are few and vaccine injury research is minimal. Teenaged victims have taken their stories to Facebook and YouTube. Websites like list victims’ symptoms and photos. A documentary on HPV vaccine injury, “One More Girl,” is currently being filmed by ThinkExist Productions.
Glossed over in most media is possible influence peddling by Governor Rick Perry’s former chief of staff Mike Toomey, who went to work for Merck, the manufacturer of the Gardasil HPV vaccine. The legislative group Women In Government was courted by HPV vaccine manufacturers; a subsequent 2007 Minnesota HPV vaccine bill sponsored by WIG attendees was defeated.
The Washington Post did run “Perry’s Financial Ties to Merck Run Deep” on 9/14/11, but concluded with this tepid caveat: “[S]ome experts have said they are concerned that there is insufficient evidence about how long Gardasil’s protection will last, whether serious side effects will emerge and whether a reduction in infections will necessarily translate into fewer cancers.”
Despite these unanswered questions, a bill to allow 12-year-olds to get the HPV vaccine without parents’ consent is on the desk of California Governor Jerry Brown. Yet few media outlets have reported on the myriad negative implications of this usurpation of parental health care rights.
Media’s repeated failure to investigate vaccine safety issues is perhaps best summarized this week in an insightful analysis by Alison Bass, a Brandeis and Mount Holyoke journalism professor, science writer, Pulitzer Prize nominee, and author of the book “Side Effects”:
“I wish the media would use this opportunity to explore the public health ramifications of allowing a drug manufacturer to aggressively target the wrong population for an expensive and possibly unnecessary vaccine.”

(1994 DSHEA)"FDA is willfully and grossly misinterpreting.."
October 11, 2011
Dear Citizen for Health,
By now you know that in July the FDA issued a guidance document mandated by passage of the food "safety" law earlier this year. This “Draft Guidance for Industry: Dietary Supplements: New Dietary Ingredient Notifications and Related Issues” makes it clear that the FDA is willfully and grossly misinterpreting the law, especially the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), regarding New Dietary Ingredients (NDIs) and filing submissions for them. After completing a sufficient strategic and political analysis of the guidance, last month we launched our action campaign so that we, together with our 100,000 supporters, can send a clear message to the FDA that the guidance is unacceptable.
We began with a call to the Senate and the House of Representatives to put pressure on the FDA to withdraw this so-called guidance. Thousands of you responded with messages to your elected representatives, and for that, we thank you.
But there is much left to do. If this guidance is not withdrawn and its misinterpretation of law is backed by the FDA's own policy, review and enforcement powers, it would cause major disruption in the dietary supplement market; force a significant number of products off the shelves; and result in revenue losses of over a billion dollars and the unemployment of over 100,000 Americans. Read more here.

Today we moved forward with the next stage of the campaign and submitted comments to the FDA under the Citizens for Health name. You can read those comments here.

However, we need your help to have the kind of impact that will make the FDA withdraw the guidance.
Please click here to send your comments opposing the NDI Guidance now.

The comment period ends December 2, so act quickly and feel free to borrow from our submission. And be sure to keep an eye out for further developments in this critical campaign.
As always, thanks for your participation,
